We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads managing client relationships conducting site visits and ensuring successful closures. This role involves both online and offline marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through digital campaigns social media referrals and on-ground activities.
• Meet prospective clients conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
• Explain project details pricing and offers to clients effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into buyers.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving assigned targets.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
• 12 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field (internship experience considered).
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and RERA regulations.
• Experience in digital lead generation and marketing campaigns.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
