Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in locallanguage[ Hindi and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer support software/tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
